Refund Policy
 

No Refunds

All sales of chocolate and related food products on this website are final. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped.

Exceptions

Refunds or replacements may only be issued in the following limited circumstances:

  • If the product arrives damaged due to shipping.

  • If the product delivered is incorrect (not matching the order confirmation).

To request a replacement under these exceptions, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, provide proof of purchase, and submit clear photos of the issue.

Responsibility for Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring timely retrieval of their orders upon delivery. We are not liable for products that are damaged or spoiled due to:

  • Delayed pickup after delivery,

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer, or

  • Storage in unsuitable conditions after receipt.
